WHAT WE WE DID FOR HARMONEY

Stephane Maes was Head Of Sales & Marketing (CRO-as-a-service) for Harmoney for 9 months from February 2022 up to October 2022. During this time we build, implemented, and operated a sales and marketing machine for them. The main goal was to target, reach and convert large European banks and insurance companies in a representative and structural way.


We completely revamped the sales process, the complete storytelling, and all sales collateral and iterated on it multiple times over our period there. As did we experiment with plenty of outbound approaches, strategies and tactics.


For Harmoney, we also installed a completely new website, did outbound sales and marketing campaigns in almost all European countries and build out a pipeline with high-ticket enterprise deals. We also set up a performance marketing and paid ad strategy with a validated partner.


This required developing a deep understanding of a complex market and complex product. The sales process was long and involved multi-stakeholder selling on a national but also European level which also included C-level (Chief Risk/Chief Compliance/CEO’s) and a very tailored, account-based sales approach.
